Brewed naturally with premium ingredients, Prohibition Pale Ale is fully attenuated to tease out the maximum range of flavours from the fermentation process. Using proprietary know how we then reduce the alcohol levels before dry hopping using Citra and Galaxy hops. During this time, our beer is well-lagered which allows flavours to fully develop.
